Christopher Rudolph
President/CEO
Mr. Rudolph is a highly experienced security professional, having devoted his career to public service. He started Critical Response Protection Group in 2014, after a combined 15 years of law enforcement, 27 years of private security, and 10 years of executive protection.
His expertise in security and risk management is extensive, and his dedication to client safety is unparalleled. He is highly respected in the security industry and is committed to delivering the highest quality of service and professionalism.
Mr. Rudolph is a true leader in the security field and is committed to providing the best possible protection to his clients!
Donnalee Lamonica Rudolph
Chief Administrative Officer/ Vice-President
Mrs. Rudolph joined the Executive Team in 2024. She was named the Chief Administrative Officer and Vice-President of the Board of Directors.
Donna is a service-connected disabled U.S. Navy veteran where she served in a Construction Battalion Unit.
Donna brings to the team decades of experience in business management, operations and billing. She works with the Operations team and business office to ensure the company is compliant with federal, state and local laws.
Donna has her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and has five years of Security experience. She brings a great degree of talent and experience to our team.
Michael Rardin
Chief of Operations
Michael is responsible for our workforce productivity. He oversees scheduling, training, and contract requirements.
He has 10 years law enforcement experience and is one of our instructors for many of our Security Officer training certifications.
